Кто не получит выплату за аварию – изменение №12

Основным направлением в изменении правил автострахования является замена денежной компенсации (страховой выплаты) за аварию прямым возмещением убытков, то есть ремонтом поврежденного ТС.

Выплату, конечно, можно получить при определенных условиях:

• если в результате аварии произошла гибель транспортного средства (выплата начисляется за вычетом годных остатков);

• сумма за ремонт оказалась выше предполагаемого страхового возмещения (400 000 рублей), при этом автовладелец не согласен доплатить недостающую для ремонта сумму;

• страховая компания по каким-то причинам не может либо не успевает отремонтировать поврежденное транспортное средство на выбранной автовладельцем станции СТО (из предложенного страховщиком списка).

По согласованию с Вашим страховщиком есть возможность получить денежное возмещение, однако имейте в виду, что сумма будет существенно занижена по сравнению со стоимостью восстановительного ремонта авто.

Таким образом, выкуп автомобильными коллекторами права на возмещение ущерба у владельцев транспортных средств, пострадавших при ДТП, лишается смысла, так как на законных основаниях деньги все равно не будут выплачены.
