Согласно ПДД и законодательству об автостраховании, в обязанность каждого владельца автомобиля входит ежегодное оформление полиса ОСАГО. Несмотря на предусмотренные санкции в случае уклонения от приобретения страховки, далеко не все автомобилисты добросовестно соблюдают это простое правило.
Итак, помимо водительского удостоверения Вы также должны всегда иметь при себе страховой полис для предъявления его при необходимости сотруднику ГАИ. В последнее время в связи с внесением поправок в законодательство все большее число владельцев ТС покупают «автогражданку» через Интернет. В этом случае не забудьте распечатать электронный полис после его получения!
Штрафы предусмотрены законом за следующие нарушения:
Полиса ОСАГО у Вас нет в принципе.
Страховой полис просрочен.
Вы забыли страховой полис дома.
Автомобилем управляет лицо, не вписанное в полис ОСАГО для данного ТС.
Вы управляете ТС в период, на который Ваш страховой полис не распространяется.
