Страховка ОСАГО покупается, чтобы защитить водителя от выплат, если он станет виновником аварии. Вот в каких случаях вред компенсирует страховая компания.
Страховой случай – это событие, которое предусмотрено договором страхования между компанией и водителем. Если это событие наступает, то страховщик компенсирует убытки пострадавшим.
Страховым случаем по ОСАГО является причинение вреда жизни и здоровью или имуществу других людей в результате дорожно-транспортного происшествия. Максимальная сумма выплаты в таком случае может составить 400 000 рублей. Если ремонт обойдётся дороже, то компенсировать часть ущерба сверх 400 000 рублей виновник должен будет из своего кармана. Однако средняя сумма выплат по данным Российского союза автостраховщиков за первые девять месяцев 2017 года составила 77 253 рубля. Поэтому страховка спасает виновников аварий в большинстве случаев.
