Выбор СТО (станции технического обслуживания) – изменение ОСАГО №9

Прежде автовладельцы не имели возможности самостоятельного выбора СТО, на которой будет проводиться ремонт пострадавшего в результате ДТП транспортного средства.

Федеральное законодательство в последней редакции регламентирует, что страховая компания обязана предоставить потерпевшему список станций ремонта, который должен содержать следующую информацию:

  • название и расположение СТО;

  • ориентировочные сроки проведения ремонтных работ разного вида;

  • список марок автомобилей, которые могут обслуживаться на данном СТО.

Это позволяет автовладельцу выбрать удобный для себя вариант.

Рассмотрим положения, устанавливающие правила организации ремонта автомобилей согласно последним изменениям в российском законодательстве:

• Страховая компания выдает потерпевшему направление на ремонт автомобиля в течение 20 дней с момента подачи потерпевшим заявления о страховом возмещении или прямом возмещении убытков. Этот пункт актуален для автовладельцев, которые согласились на проведение ремонта на одной из предложенных страховщиком станций СТО.

•В том случае, если потерпевший решил организовать ремонт на самостоятельно выбранной станции СТО, страховая компания имеет право рассматривать заявление о страховом возмещении в течение 30 календарных дней.

• В направлении на ремонт также указывается срок проведения ремонта.

• Срок проведения ремонтных работ не должен превышать 30 дней.

• Выбранный пункт СТО не должен быть удален от места ДТП или места жительства потерпевшего более, чем на 50 км. В противном случае автовладельцу придется оплатить эвакуацию самостоятельно.
