В 2018 году продолжается активная дискуссия по поводу изменения правил проведения техосмотра. Подготовлен пакет законопроектов, находящихся на данный момент на рассмотрении Правительства РФ.

Получить диагностическую карту собственник автомобиля может по своему выбору в любом пункте технического осмотра независимо от места регистрации ТС:
Стоимость техосмотра в 2018 году
Проведение обязательной диагностики осуществляется на платной основе, и размер итоговой суммы зависит в конечном счете от объема проводимых работ и категории транспортного средства.
Для чего нужна карта техосмотра?
До 2012 года автовладельцам выдавались талоны техосмотра. Начиная с 30 июля 2012 года в результате обязательной проверки собственник получает диагностическую карту
